Refund policy

Complaints - Returns All complaints must be submitted in writing by letter/email immediately and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. No returns shall be made without prior agreement. Returns are only approved for standard stock items. Only complete rolls, cartons, etc., with original, undamaged packaging and no markings, can be approved for return. A product that is specially made or for other reasons cannot be considered a standard stock item will normally not be approved for return. Quality complaints are exempt from this provision.

Approved returns not caused by defects caused by Solmark Nordics will be credited up to 90% of the value. The value must be equal to or greater than the current minimum amount, currently 25 EUR, excluding VAT.
