Terms of service

Offer The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of the offer unless otherwise specified. Agreements that deviate from the offer are only binding after written confirmation from Stavellan.

Prices All prices are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT). If Solmark Nordics' costs related to fulfilling an offer increase due to higher freight, insurance, customs, fees, currency rate changes, or other factors beyond Solmark Nordics' control, Solmark Nordics reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly. Prices cannot be changed after receipt of order confirmation from Solmark Nordics.

Payment Stavellan's payment terms are net within 7 days from the invoice date. In case of payment after the due date, a delay interest of 12% p.a. will be charged. Credit checks are conducted regularly. Companies not granted credit can make purchases with advance payment.

Cancellation of Non-Delivered Orders Any cancellation of an order is considered a return.
