Shipping policy

Force Majeure Unforeseen and unforeseeable obstacles to the fulfillment of the agreement give Solmark Nordics the right to wholly or partially cancel the agreement or extend the delivery time according to the nature and duration of the hindrance. Cancellation of the agreement or delay does not entail any liability for damages for Solmark Nordics. Solmark Nordics is obligated to inform the buyer of such hindrances and their consequences.

Incorrect Delivery Address If an incorrect delivery address is used, the carrier may charge a fee to the sender. This fee plus our administrative fee will be invoiced to the buyer if the error is not caused by Solmark Nordics.

Shipment - Solmark Nordics shipping terms are DAP (Delivered At Place). Normally, DHL or UPS are used as carriers.

Transport Damage - Shortage The recipient must ensure that the goods are not damaged and that the number of delivered packages corresponds to the consignment note. The recipient must report damages and shortages on the consignment note before acknowledging receipt. Otherwise, the carrier will disclaim responsibility for damage or shortage.

Quantity Deliveries are preferably made in full unit sizes. For printed reflector products, we deliver 100% of the ordered quantity. Non-stocked items are sold only in whole packaging sizes.

Delivery Time The specified delivery time is counted from the day the order is received by Solmark Nordics. If the order includes printing to be performed by Solmark Nordics the specified delivery time is counted from the date the print original is handed over in the correct format.

Solmark Nordics will inform the buyer if the normal delivery time cannot be met. Delayed deliveries do not entitle to compensation.
